Please join us for our 2nd annual
“Survivors Got Talent”
Remember you are a survivor from the moment of your cancer diagnosis.

There are 2 different ways to participate:

1. If you would like to perform a talent in our show, fill out the included registration form and bring/mail it to the Cancer Center by June 7th. Following sign up, you will be contacted regarding arrival times, act schedule, etc.
We are encouraging you to show off your talents.
Perform by yourself or in a group!

2. If you would like to come as an audience
member and watch the performances, simply RSVP by calling the Cancer Center by June 7th.
